About Lauren

Lauren Sprieser is a USDF Gold, Silver and Bronze Medalist With Distinction and an international Grand Prix dressage competitor. Her enthusiasm and wit has made her a popular trainer, with students from the grassroots to the international levels in both dressage and eventing. She’s also an acclaimed blogger for the Chronicle of the Horse, and writes regularly for Dressage Today, Noelle Floyd and Practical Horseman.

Lauren owns and operates Sprieser Sporthorse in Marshall, Virginia and Wellington, Florida.

Situated on 49 acres of pristine Canadian wilderness, with kilometers of trails, private access to Parks Creek, and tree-sheltered paddocks, Jamesview is a true retreat only 20 minutes north of Belleville, Ontario. We specialize in dressage, and offering a quality facility in the Quinte area with a community of like-minded dressage riders.
